Mom reading some of your e-mails with dadDad continues to progress. Lisa, our sister-in-law was with dad today when he took his first real step with his right foot and tonight while I was massaging dad's right hand after Family Home Evening, he moved his right arm. The doctor was telling Lisa today that dad's progress is a bit slower than they had hoped, and we're not sure why because he is going to all of his therapy sessions and working as hard as he can during each session. Please continue to remember dad in your prayers, we appreciate it more than you know. All of your e-mails and comments on the blogs have meant so much to dad and mom. Dad is able to read and understand them. Those of you who have been able to come and visit, thank you so much! You are wonderful! Dad loves your visits. Mom is healing and beginning to feel better. We have been so grateful for all the nurses and therapists who have given exceptional care to dad. We have a greater appreciation for what their jobs entail and their tender care for dad does not go unnoticed. They are angels here on earth.
